About Sentinel Health Safety & Rescue
At Sentinel Health Safety & Rescue, we provide specialist HSET advisory, advanced medical support, and emergency response leadership for WA mine sites.
But here’s the difference: we don’t just show up, tick boxes, and disappear. We integrate fast, work alongside leaders, advisors, and the workforce, and give everyone the tools and confidence to own their part in safety.
Our role is to make the HSET team shine. When they succeed, KPIs get smashed, the site performs better, and by default, the leadership looks good too.
Sentinel’s job is to make the whole team stronger, not take over.
With over 12 years’ mining experience and 26 years in paramedicine, Sentinel brings an edge you won’t find on most mine sites. We combine senior safety advisory expertise with advanced clinical capability rarely seen in this industry. Where many sites rely on Cert IV medics trained mostly for basic trauma scenarios, Sentinel brings mini-GP level skills:
Pre-hospital & advanced emergency medicine
General medicine including communicable disease management (Army background)
Soft tissue injury management & rehab (ex-CrossFit gym owner + PT experience)
Lifestyle & injury-prevention coaching
Mental health & counselling credited support on-site
Full ECG analysis and advanced diagnostics — meaning we can keep workers on-site safely when others would need costly hospital transfers.
This multidisciplinary approach means you’re not just getting a safety advisor or a medic — you’re getting a problem-solver who saves time, money, and stress while helping your entire site lift its game.
And we’re just getting started. In the near future, Sentinel will expand into paramedic practitioner-level capability — bringing even more on-site solutions that reduce downtime, cut unnecessary transfers, and improve workforce health where it matters most.
At the core of everything we do is one goal:
Make your people better, your teams stronger, and your leadership look good doing it.
